These Terms & Conditions govern the entire relationship between you and phi77 with respect to your use of the phi77 website, mobile platform, games, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the phi77 Platform.

By clicking "I Agree," creating a phi77 account, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the phi77 Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;

2.1 Age Requirement

The phi77 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. phi77 takes its age verification obligations seriously. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned at phi77's discretion after identity verification.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the phi77 Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID;
• Date of birth;
• Valid email address;
• Active Philippine mobile number;
• Residential address within the Philippines.

phi77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided during registration. Failure to provide accurate information or to complete verification when requested may result in account suspension or termination.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) phi77 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. phi77 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phi77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

The phi77 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. phi77 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the phi77 Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phi77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Keep your phi77 login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify phi77 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Ensure that your account information remains accurate and up to date at all times;
• Log out of your phi77 account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Use a strong, unique password for your phi77 account that is not used for any other online service.

phi77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your phi77 account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified phi77 of unauthorized access and phi77 has had a reasonable opportunity to act on that notification.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phi77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels, all denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱):

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya;
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank;
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to supported banks.

phi77 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any other payment method not listed above. This policy is in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on phi77 is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your phi77 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. phi77 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

All funds deposited into your phi77 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. phi77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from accounts not belonging to the registered phi77 player may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed by phi77 as quickly as possible, with most requests completed within three (3) minutes during standard operating hours. phi77 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the phi77 account;
• phi77 may request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn — see Section 5;
• phi77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the phi77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phi77 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the player and their payment provider.

phi77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to verified phi77 account holders who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms;
• phi77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements;
• phi77 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if phi77 determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system.

All games available on the phi77 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on phi77, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All phi77 casino games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. phi77's RNG systems are subject to regular independent audits to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable standards. Return-to-Player (RTP) rates for all games are verified and published.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical fault, phi77 reserves the right to void any affected game rounds and refund the relevant stakes to the players' accounts. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. phi77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the relevant stake.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

phi77 is not responsible for interrupted gameplay resulting from your internet connection, device failure, or any other factor outside phi77's direct control. phi77 maintains server-side records of all game states. In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the game will be resolved according to the server-side game state upon reconnection.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phi77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Registering or operating more than one phi77 account;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your phi77 account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the phi77 Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the phi77 Platform;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the phi77 Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any phi77 software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phi77 staff or other players;
• Using the phi77 Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.

All content on the phi77 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the intellectual property of phi77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phi77 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phi77 content;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on phi77 content;
• Use any phi77 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent;
• Frame or mirror any part of the phi77 Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of phi77's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phi77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phi77 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions or connectivity issues;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the phi77 Platform;
• Interruptions to the phi77 Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond phi77's control.

phi77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phi77 Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phi77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phi77's liability for death or personal injury caused by phi77's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phi77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. phi77 recognizes that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and provides the following tools and resources to help players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard;
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts to help manage time spent on the Platform;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may request self-exclusion, which will prevent access to the phi77 Platform for the duration of the exclusion period.

phi77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request;
• Voluntary account closure requested by the player.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, phi77 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where an account is terminated for reasons other than a breach by the player, phi77 will return any verified real-money balance to the player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their phi77 account may do so by contacting phi77 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

phi77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phi77 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the phi77 Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the phi77 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the phi77 Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

phi77 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. phi77 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phi77 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Players may contact phi77 customer support to initiate the dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
